Equipping Saints
Ephesians 4:11-12 tells us that God has gifted the Church with Pastors, Prophets, Teachers, Apostles, and Evangelists for the purpose of Equipping the Saints for the work of the Ministry and to build up the Body of Christ.
Spiritual Growth
In many places throughout the Bible we are exhorted toward growth. We pursue growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ (2 Peter 3:18).
Community
NF is Godly Community. Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another (Hebrews 10:24)
Discipleship
The road of Discipleship is a journey of teaching and learning. We learn to imitate Christ, by imitating those who imitate Christ (1 Corinthians 11:1). Discipleship is not just teaching, but showing.
Accountability
We confess to each other and pray for each other (James 5:16). We push each other ever forward, looking out for the interests of one another (Philippians 2:4).
